Mes respects, chef

Through our whole life, we have to face constraints, orders, bend at laws and conventions. Naïve are people who hope not to submit to it. Because when one disobeys to one law: he obeys to another. But how can we reconcile the idea of freedom and the necessity to obey?
In Pinocchio of Collodi, jumping jack Pinocchio wants to be free to obey only to him. But is it possible? Pinocchio undoubtedly have the impression to be free when he disobeys to Geppetto, but in fact he is the puppet of his evil frequentations. A puppet that we can pull strings, Pinocchio remains a puppet as long as he rebels. He becomes really free when he freely submits to the rules of society.
But free obedience can be deserted, rejected. Because servitude is eternal and do not have a foreseeable end. The French soldiers who fought in Waffen-SS with the Charlemagne’s division did not obeying freely. They pledged voluntarily, but could not come back or desert. They submitted themselves to an obedience that they were able to perceive the end: as long as they believed their regimen was immortal.
However there are people like Spartacus who are reduced to an abject slavery but who did not renounce one’s freedom. Spartacus made
Rome
tremble but it did not fell under his blows1. This could be explained by the fact that the authority he fought, emanated from a physical superiority and not from an intellectual or moral one. Spartacus fought in Circus Maximus because Romans soldiers compelled him. Thus, obedience even endless to a superior physical authority is not necessarily a renunciation to freedom.
Obeying blindly, it is to renounce one’s freedom. Staying lucid, it is keeping it. Obeying is a necessity. As we have seen before, renouncing one’s freedom is not a liberty. Those who obey punctually or temporarily or those who only obey “by bayonet power” do not renounce one’s freedom. I think that the contradiction which can be seemed between “obey” and “freedom” does not exist. True paradox is that can one renounce one’s freedom. It is really possible to separate from something that defines entirely many people?
1But the world recognized his ardent desire freedom’s not tempered by chains, torture or fear.

Being a human being means to be unique when we assume an identity between an individual and a species. At the 19th century the term “human sciences” appears to cover human and identity disciplines (history, sociology, etc). Today we have the same terminology, nevertheless the disciplines mentioned above cannot be compared to science in its direct sense: exact sciences as mathematics.
Human sciences consider human beings as regards data and an object. Linguistics and ethnology try to define “an individual” in a more explicit way. The concept of humankind reduces all human beings as if their unconscious talked but this is an impossible model in dealing with “a specifically human”. However, these disciplines can explain psychological, political and historic phenomena.
A doctor conducts therapy experiments on the sick and a surgeon practices vivisections on his patients. Medical deontology consists in never making such an experiment on a human being that could be dangerous or harmful. The result can interest science, because we are talking about our health.
But at the same time, body experimentation, on a dead body or acute sickness in order to deepen our knowledge on diseases and body capacities, is legitimate. So every time we make on humankind an experiment that can probably save somebody’s, - we are right to do it, what is more, it is our duty.
G.M.O. is the first step to DNA polymerase modification. And if a universal deontology does not exist, one day parents would choose their children’s eyes and hairs colours. This type of medicine behaviour is dangerous for humankind because in we will be soon all alike and may be only clones. We should define the outline of human sciences.

Ma soeur m'a rendu visite en début novembre. Le lundi avant que j'aille en cour et que l'on se quitte, nous sommes allés dans un petit resto sympa du coeur d'Avignon. Un extrait de fin du repas en guise de souvenir:
